NO SCOOP NECKS/V NECKS they accentuate the bust.
    Empire lines work well
and high waist pencil skirts will cinch in the waist.
but your best bet is a dress that has a circle collar around the neck and then falls straight down, and is kind of flowy. Can’t really describe it…Look at the website below. Wayne Cooper Australia has lots of good fashion ideas.
Shift dresses are good, high necklines.

Scoop and V-necks are going to ACCENTUATE a larger chest by drawing attention to that particular area.
Try two or three buttoned blazers and jackets, which create a ‘lock and load’ effect and a smaller waistline. Also, consider a professional bra fitting. Well over half of women don’t wear the correct bra size and it makes a huge difference, especially if you’re larger-chested.
And I have to mention it because it’s a pet peeve of mine- if you were anything that empire waisted (seamed beneath the bust) make SURE that the seam runs under your bosom and not across it or over it in any way.
