The person who wrote about running on the beach had a good point. If you don’t live near the beach, or a place with sand, then try running the stairs at the local high school football stadium (or if there’s a college nearby with tall buildings, pick a time when there’s not too much traffic and run the stairs there). The ab lounger (I think that’s the name of the one that you sit on and can bend in any direction) is good for your abs (it’ll tone and flatten them). As far as your chest…sorry, no ideas other than surgery, but (as a guy) I don’t care what size a girl’s chest is if she’s in shape and takes care of herself so I wouldn’t worry about it if I were you.
Running on the beach for the butt and legs. Abs – get an excercise ball, my abs have finally started to flatten using it!!
I heard the ab lounger at sporting good stores works well also.
I forgot about your chest. There are a bunch of products that excercise the chest area and claim to increase your bust size, but I’ve never tried them. Try ebay.
There are four things that are necessary:
-Diet (eat less fat and sugar and drink more water).
-Cardio (30 minutes of cardio before breakfast every day, preferably running).
-Varied stomach exercises and stomach vacuums (at least every other day).
-Leg press, hip sled, or squats (every other day).
If you are consistent… no problem. But I believe you are out of luck with the chest though.
